What do I need for dropping off a parcel?
Bring your parcel securely packaged with the shipping label already attached. Alternatively you can print your label at our shop for a small charge.
Can someone else pick up the parcel on my behalf?
Yes, an authorised person can collect a parcel on your behalf. Valid ID or Tracking number can be presented for collection.
What do I need to pick up a parcel?
You will need a valid ID or your tracking number to pick up parcels.
Is there a fee for the pick up or drop off service?

What packaging do you accept?
We accept securely sealed boxes, padded envelopes, and courier bags. Parcels must be properly sealed and labelled before drop-off. Loose, damaged, or improperly packaged items may be refused.
